From February to March 2014, Les ombres portées travelled to Cambodia.

The company was hosted by the shadow and music theatre company Kok Thlok, with whom they performed several concerts in Phnom Penh.

The company then led a shadow theatre workshop at the Phare Ponleu Selpak School in Battambang with 60 circus, acting, music and visual arts students, during which a collective called the “Khmer cuisine” was created.

Following the trip, the company created an exhibition of drawings and photographs which it displays in parallel with its theatre performances.
